href=\"https:\/\/grow.google\/intl\/ssa-en\/#filter\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Google<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.netacad.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CISCO<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/e-learning.education.go.ug\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kolibri<\/a> developed by MoE&amp;S, NCDC,NITA-U &amp; UNICEF targeting those in the Uganda school system i.e. primary and secondary. This has made primary &amp; secondary school content and professional skilling programs freely available to in and out of school youth.<\/p><p>NRC Uganda has partnered with MTN Uganda and Airtel Uganda to ensure that access to the learning sites is zero rated.
