Noella Laika, 24 fled her home in Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and is currently living in Uganda. She got to learning of Changamka Digital Hub when a team from NRC visited her home. Noella is a beneficiary at Changamka digital hub, which works with displaced persons, refugees and vulnerable host families inside She is now learning the English language, studying computer and also pursuing her dream of becoming a fashion designer and makeup artist.Uganda.
