What is it? 

The process of equating foreign academic documents involves carefully assessing and comparing qualifications obtained outside Uganda with those recognized within the Ugandan education system. 

Equating foreign qualifications is essential to ensure that refugee children and youth are placed at the appropriate level in school. It also helps individuals pursue further education or employment opportunities based on their existing qualifications.
